The Project
Various paved roads across Sturgeon County will be rehabilitated using a technique called Mill and Fill. This involves grinding up an asphalt surface and then repaving it to replace the asphalt that was milled away.
What This Means to You
During pavement preservation, traffic could be affected. Please watch for signs and flag people. Drive safely through all construction areas.
Starkey Rd from the bridge to about 420 m north will be milled and then repaved to replace the asphalt that was milled away.
Bellerose Drive from Starkey Road to Villa Drive will be rehabilitated using the Mill and Fill technique.
Township Road 542 from Hwy 28 to Rge. Rd. 242 will be rehabilitated.
