The Project
The bridge culvert (BF 73756) is now nearing the end of its serviceable life. To ensure the safety of those using the bridge, the County will replace the structure in the 2025 construction season.
The project is now done, and the road is open.

The project involves removing the current bridge culvert, improvements to the road, and installing a new structure.

Project Updates
The paving work is now done. All the detour signs have been removed.
Pavement work is scheduled for July 28 - 30. A road closure will begin the afternoon of July 28 with a detour in effect until Wed July 30 in the morning.
The project is now substantially complete and entering two year warranty phase.

One of the deficiencies identified is the pavement rideability over the project area, the extent of repairs is under review. Repairs are anticipated to be completed the week of July 21, 2025 with a single lane closure.
