The top of the embankment on the river side, at the outlet of the centerline culvert, is currently experiencing erosion. This erosion has been progressively worsening and has shown significant deterioration over the past year. This project will replace the culvert located 320 m northeast of 1 55102 Lamoureux Drive.

The culvert under the middle of Lamoureux Drive will be replaced. This work includes removing sections of pavement and road structure, taking out and disposing of the old culvert, digging a trench, installing a new culvert, and adding gravel and rock to support and protect it. Disturbed areas will be restored once the work is complete.

Residents can expect temporary, limited access along Lamoureux Drive during the project. Construction is expected to take about 3 to 4 weeks in summer 2026.
