Sturgeon County is reviewing its communications practices to make sure that we are reaching as many community members as possible, in a way that serves your needs. This includes taking a close look at how we share information publicly, ensuring that County news, information about programs and services, event promotion, Council updates, and emergency information connects with our community members in a way that is clear, timely, useful, and easy to find. This process is in alignment with Council's priority of communication and engagement.

As part of this effort, we're inviting our community members to complete a short survey that will help us identify what's working and where improvements can be made to better connect with you.

Take the Survey

This survey is expected to take just 5-7 minutes to complete, and responses are anonymous.
Take the survey online until November 23 or visit a County facility to pick up a printed version.

We're looking for a cross-section of County residents to answer some questions about how they like to receive information. Facilitators from Catalyst Communications, a third-party vendor hired to do the analysis, will lead participants through a guided discussion. All participants must be available to attend the in-person session at County Centre on Wednesday, November 26 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Due to the volume of entries expected, only those who have been selected will be contacted.
