Drainage improvements will be made along Township Road 554.
Project Scope
The County will be completing drainage improvements along Township Road 554, starting at Discovery Avenue and extending 650 metres west. This work will include roadside ditching and culvert replacements.
Survey crews may be onsite before construction begins. Once surveying is complete, the contractor will bring in equipment shortly before work starts. Construction is expected to be complete by mid-November (weather-dependent).
What This Means to You
Residents can expect brief delays and single-lane traffic on Township Road 554. There will be a road closure and detour plan for Discovery Avenue for a culvert replacement, which is expected to last 4-5 days.
Digital message boards with detour information will be placed in advance.
